For too long, conversations around reparations, economic justice, and the unique lineage of American Descendants of Slavery (ADOS) have been muddied by misinformation (bots, Crimson Smear, etc.), bad-faith arguments (But, but….you were never a slave!), and outright propaganda (it’s the culture that’s the problem!). Whether it’s mainstream media twisting the narrative, politicians making empty promises, leftists believing that class fixes race, or social media amplifying disingenuous takes, we know that clarity and truth are more important now than ever.
That’s why I’m adding this Q&A segment to my Substack. This will be a recurring opportunity for our ADOS community and allies—those committed to the ADOS fight for justice—to get direct answers from me on reparations, inequality, Trump, Democrats, or our political agenda.
What I Hope to Achieve:
Dispelling Myths – Too often, we hear claims that reparations are “impossible,” that Black immigrants share the same lineage-based claim, or that government intervention isn’t necessary. I’m here to set the record straight.
Filling the Information Gap – Many of us know that the racial wealth gap is a product of systemic plunder—redlining, convict leasing, stolen land, and exclusion from wealth-building policies. But how do we effectively communicate that history to those who need to hear it? This Q&A will provide the data, historical context, and legal arguments to do just that.
Empowering the Movement – Knowledge isn’t just power—it’s strategy. If we’re going to advocate for reparations, we need a well-informed, engaged community that can win this debate on the political square. This Q&A will help sharpen our collective understanding and action plan.
Addressing YOUR Questions – This is a two-way street. Whether you have questions about policy, political strategy, historical precedents, or the latest news impacting ADOS, I want to hear from you.
How It Works:
Post your questions in the comments section here, on any video or essay, or in the subscriber chat & ask me directly.
I’ll personally answer selected questions through a written post, a live discussion, or a recorded video.
This is an opportunity to deepen our collective understanding and move with even greater clarity in this fight. The road to justice has always required truth-tellers—and that’s exactly what we intend to be.
So, drop your questions. And haters are welcome! So if you have a question from a contrarian hater, please post it! Let’s get to work.
"Haters are welcome!" Love it.
